Taking big steps towards their parties' presidential nominations, Democrat Hillary Clinton won at least six states and Democrat Donald Trump won five in the the primary campaign-'Super Tuesday'

Hillary sweeps 6 states, Trump bags 5

 Taking big steps  towards their parties' presidential nominations, Democrat Hillary Clinton won at least six states and Democrat Donald Trump won five in the the primary campaign-'Super Tuesday' elections.

 
But Ted Cruz ended Trump's winning streak with wins in Texas and Oklahoma.
 
Democrat Bernie Sanders also won Vermont and Oklahoma.
 
Clinton won in Arkansas, Texas,   Tennessee, Alabama , Georgia and Virginia.
 
Trump, astonished everyone by winning three of the first four contests.
 
However, Clinton, like Trump, had also won three of the first four races, including a victory  in South Carolina last Saturday.
