 The US Presidential election campaign declined further into bizarre terrain with gossip about the use of a body double by Hillary Clinton, speculation about Russia poisoning her, and more leaked emails, one of which had former Secretary of State Colin Powell calling Donald Trump a ''national disgrace, a ‘The Times of India’ report has said.

''I do not trust Mr. Putin and Mr. Trump. With those two all things are possible,'' he added.
