At least 28 people were reported killed and more than 327 others injured in a suicide bombing in Afghanistan's capital Kabul.
Blast took place in morning near the Afghan presidential palace, apparently targetting a Secret Service Unit tasked with protecting VIPs, TOLO News reported.
Taliban militant group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Health officials have said the number of casualties may rise.
President Ashraf Ghani has condemned the incident and labelled it a terrorist attack.
