Traffic jams can create chaos, pose difficulty for the travellers and daily commuters. But in some cases it can also lead to the imposition of section 144. It is strange but true.

 
 
Section 144 has been imposed in Gurugram due to rain resulted heavy traffic jam that continues for around 15 hours. 
 
 
It has led to closure of several schools in Gurugram. 
 
 
National Highway 8 remained chocked for hours after the water level started to rise in the city since 1 am on Friday. 
 
 
Traffic moving towards Rajasthan and Maharashtra was disrupted on the city roads and state highways.
The officials have said that it would take some more hours for traffic to clear.
 
 
Condition of traffic is expected to remain critical for two more days.
