LeEco to launch smartphone with 8GB RAM next week

The Chinese Internet media company, has recently unveiled the launch date of a much awaited smartphone with specifications beyond belief.

 

The company is planning to launch a new smartphone on June 29 ahead of the official Mobile World Congress in Shanghai, claims a new report.

 

This phone will make it the first company to launch a Snapdragon 821 chipset powered flagship smartphone called Le Max 2 Pro. It will also be the world’s first smartphone to house 8GB RAM.

 

The smartphone is estimated to include a native storage of 128 GB. Rumour has it that its external storage will support up to 200 GB of micro SD card. Other astounding specs include a 25 MP rear camera but it will come packed with the same 8MP snapper on the front.

 

It is expected to deliver a faster clock speed of 2.3 GHz along with Adreno 530 graphics engine.

 

It will have an all metal body with a 5.7-inch display, which will support Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, with curved corners and a fingerprint sensor on the back below the camera.

 

Expected to carry a price tag that reads 3000 Yuan which roughly translates to Rs 30,000, this phone is shaping to be a real beast with monstrous specs.
