This is one smartphone or phablet from India’s leading smartphone maker Micromax that is being awaited impatiently by smartphone mavens. The massive 6-inch phablet Yu Yureka Note has been talked about and rumored in the tech circles for the past several weeks.
Till now it has been a huge mystery of sorts for fans. Nonetheless now the phablet has been spotted and its specs and features besides pricing has been deciphered.
There are reports that retail box of the yet-to-be-announced Yu Yureka Note has been found that shows complete specifications of the huge handset that Micromax is launching. The handset is reportedly priced at Rs. 14,999. Now leaks suggest that the handset will come with a 6-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display. It is said to be powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and come with 3GB of RAM and Mali GPU.
When it comes to snapper the handset seems to have 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and also come with a front-facing camera of 8-megapixels. The handset is also seen to include a massive 4000mAh battery. It will come with 16GB of inbuilt storage and will support expandable storage via microSD card (up to 32GB). According to retail box image, the Yu Yureka Note will run Android 5.1 Lollipop with no word on Cyanogen OS version. The unit pictured is the Black colour variant, and it is not known if other colour variants will go up on sale.
The new handset seems to be very powerful indeed. The Mali T720 GPU, is paired with 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage further expandable upto 32 GB using MicroSD card. It comes with a powerful 4000 mAh battery it will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Other features in the said smartphone include dual-SIM support, 4G LTE connectivity, GPRS/EDGE, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB and a fingerprint sensor on the rear
