Mulayam calls SP parliamentary board meeting

Mulayam Singh Yadav has called the party's parliamentary board meeting to end the crisis as the raging feud within the state ruling party remained unresolved.

The crisis developed after 48 hours, when the Uttar Pradeesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav sacked of two ministers.

The sacked ministers include senior party member and uncle of the CM, Shivpal Yadav. He was removed from the four key portfolios. After this incident Shivpal met the party chief and elder brother Mulayam Singh Yadav and expressed his inability to work under nephew.

In the party's parliamentary board meeting Mulayam Singh tried to end the crisis. Earlier CM Akhilesh Yadav also tweeted about the start of his poll campaign on October 3. He also said that outsiders were interfering in the affairs of the family and the party.

Akhilesh said it was not a family fight; instead this is a fight for the government. A day after he was removed as party chief and his uncle Shivpal Yadav was given the charge. Akhilesh Yadav responded that if outsiders interfere in family matters, how can we tolerate it? Everyone listens to Netaji."

Newly inducted Rajya Sabha member Amar Singh, on the other hand, denied that he was the outsider to whom Akhilesh was referring to. He even refused to accept that he had anything to do with this crisis.
