CBI registers fresh case against Vijay Mallya

 The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a fresh case against businessman Vijay Mallya after a complaint by the State Bank Of India in connection with loan default.

 
"We have registered a case against Mallya on the complaint of SBI," a CBI official was quoted as saying by news agency IANS.
 
Mallya flew to London on March 2 just days before a consortium of lenders knocked made a plea to  Supreme Court to recover Rs 9,431.65 crore in loan and interest.
