Dengue claims lives of more than 2000 people in Bengal
With dengue becoming more and more prevalent in certain areas of India subcontinent, Health department claims it to have crossed mark of 2000 cases in West Bengal. Official death count in Bengal comes out to be 14 so far.
 
 
Unfortunately, two more persons are suspected to have died due to mosquito borne diseases.
 
 
Between Tuesday and Wednesday only, 132 fresh cases were detected in the state of Bengal and a total of 286 people were detected with dengue by Thursday.
