‘Khel Khel Me’: Ramdev’s book in Goa schools’ syllabus
To promote yoga as another academic subject, ‘Khel Khel Me’, a book prepared by Patanjali Yog Peeth, Haridvar is being seen as an initiative that is soon going to be launched in primary schools in Goa.

According to several reports, this scheme will be implemented by Goa Educational Development Corporation (GEDC) for a time span of six years. The scheme will be implemented from the ongoing academic session 2016.

Furthermore, the government of Goa is planning to establish a state-level 'yoga cell' of yoga experts.
For this, the state government has also decided its yoga teachers to undergo proper yoga training in Ramdev's Patanjali Yogpeeth (Trust) in Uttarakhand.

According to the authorities, the training becomes more important as students face problems such as stress, depression, lack of concentration and restlessness.

Meanwhile, residential yoga training is going to be organized from September 21 to September 30.
Talking about the book, the book will be based on NCERT syllabus to cover students from class 1 to 4.

For the scheme, 15 government primary schools in each tehsil will be selected for introducing yoga education.
