In a first of its kind initiative ‘Sankalp’, the centre has planned to engage pensioners to oversee government jobs recruitment exams conducted mainly by Staff Selection Commission.

Already, the commission has asked personnel ministry to form a list of pensioners to choose appropriate candidates.

These retired employees have to work as Inspecting Officers and will have to supervise examinations at various places.

As a result, the organisation has already 1815 registered pensioners and the ministry wants all pensioners to get registered on this platform.
