Pune boy tops ICAI Inter IPC exams

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced Chartered Accountants (CA), Intermediate Examination (IPC) results on its website http://www.icai.nic.in./ 

 
A Pune boy, Tanishq Shrikant Kale has topped the ICAI Inter IPC examinations by securing 76.14 percent. 
 
He got tough competition from Indore girl, Saloni Jindal who secured 75.43 percent and Thane girl, Sree Bhavishya Amisagadda who secured 74.86 percent.
 
Interestingly, the exam was so tough that only 4004 candidates out of 56,742 appeared in the exams that come out to be 4.78 percent, passed the exams.
 
Moreover, the pass percentage of group-I exams is 9.18 per cent, while the pass percentage of group-II exams is 7.06 per cent.
