CBSE to conduct NEET on Sunday
The second phase of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) that is taken by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to be conducted on July 24, Sunday.
 
 Around 4.7 lakhs students have registered to appear for the examination. 
 
NEET is conducted to select students for various medical and dental courses like Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
 
The test will be conducted at various examination centres across the country. 
 
Interestingly, 16 states have chosen for State Boards examinations and 15 states have opted for NEET.
 
The test will be based on a simple pattern that would contain 180 objective type questions that will be asked in Hindi, English and some other languages.
 
Questions will be based on physics, chemistry and biology and the test will be of three hours.
 
Final result for NEET will be declared on August 17.
