The Delhi Government is likely to launch a fellowship programme for the young individuals who are planning to work in the area of education. This is being done in order to tighten the policies and train the people engaged in the particular area. The name of the fellowship programme is ‘change makers in education’.

For this, the government will choose about fifty four candidates, compulsorily under the age of 35 from the various disciplines.
The programme basically aims towards attracting competent young people from all over the country to work in State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) for two years.
Apart from this, the programme is designed to discover such individuals who are capable of and are passionate about the improvement of quality and standard of the present education structure. 
The programme is of time period of one year and can be extended to another year that makes it a total of two years with one year to be mandatory.
